Methodology

How SCM turns one Steam link into a short list of places to go.

One public Steam link

Paste a Store, Community, Workshop, Profile, or Market URL. SCM reads the public identity in that link and builds destinations from its own route list. It never trusts a destination URL supplied by the browser.

What each card means

Exact opens that same page. Resolved exact opens the matching page on another site. Search opens a prefilled lookup when an item page is not available. Steam stays first. Prices and referrals never change the order.

What we refuse

Login, cart, checkout, trade-offer, and secret-bearing links are rejected. If a site needs an ID we do not have, that card stays hidden instead of guessing.
